costs will

calculated

accumulating
support time on a
daily basis

for example:

Three
separate
calls of

minutes
each in
the same
day will
be
combined
into one
support

session of
45
minutes
and will
be
charged
at £14. |

Confidentiality |
|
Any
information
or data
relating to
work to be
carried out
by DataDevil
including
personal and
sensitive
details are
regarded as
strictly
private and
confidential
and will not
be disclosed
to any third
party under
any
circumstances
unless
we are required to
do so by
law. |

Deadlines |
|
DataDevil
will make
every effort
to complete
work
according to
schedules
which have
been
previously
approved by
both
parties.
However,
should
unforeseen
circumstances
arise, or
requirements
change once
the work has
been
started,
then
DataDevil
will not
accept
responsibility
for
reasonable
delays and
normal terms
of payment
will apply
unless
otherwise
agreed.
Should no
unforeseen
circumstances
arise and
requirements
do not
change, and we
fail to meet
agreed
deadlines
within 5
working
days, your
work will be
completed as
soon as
possible and
the cost
discounted
at a rate of
5% per day
overdue. |

Payment |
|
Full payment
is expected
within 21
days of
invoice.
Payment
should be
made to
DataDevil
and
post-dated
cheques will
not be
accepted.
A minimum
£15 charge
will be
levied for
any reminder
invoices or
correspondence
(per item).
Overdue
accounts
will be
charged
interest at
the Bank of
England base
rate plus
2%. |
